About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Mutanex Genomics Private Limited for your use of mutanex.com. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

The services we provide to labs, clinics and hospitals are governed by each partner's written agreement with us. If you take part in a programme through a partner lab, the lab's terms apply to your care, and these terms apply to your use of this website.

What Mutanex is, and is not

A software layer

It reads results the lab already produces. Mutanex is not a lab, clinic, hospital or pharmacy. We collect no samples and run no tests.

Decision support

Signed by the lab's registered pathologist. Not a diagnosis or a prescription. Your own doctor decides.

An engine built for precision medicine

Not a chatbot, a dashboard or a wellness app.

Intended use

The Mutanex Longevity Engine is software that organises finalised laboratory results and patient-reported information, applies published formulas and guideline thresholds, and presents evidence-referenced observations and test considerations to a registered medical practitioner or pathologist for independent review. It does not diagnose, treat or predict disease or lifespan.

No health claims

We do not claim, guarantee or imply the prevention, diagnosis, treatment or cure of any disease, any improvement in health outcome, any reduction in disease risk, or any change in longevity or life expectancy.

Who is responsible for what

Testing: the partner lab

Collecting samples and running the tests. Mutanex does neither.

Analysis: Mutanex

Reading the results, calculating, connecting, citing and drafting the report.

Sign-off: the lab's registered pathologist

Reviewing, editing and signing every report. The pathologist is the provider of record.

Clinical decision: your own doctor

Diagnosis and treatment.

Emergencies and medicines

Mutanex is not for emergency use. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

In India, call 112, or 108 for an ambulance. In the United States, call 911.

Please do not start, stop or change any medicine on your own.

Eligibility

To book, you must be 18 or over. Booking for a family member requires their consent or your legal authority to act for them; for a child, that is a parent or lawful guardian.

The founding spot

The founding spot is sold by Mutanex Inc., 300 Creek View Road, Suite 209, Newark, DE 19711, USA, for $10 (US dollars), paid once through Stripe. It is open to residents of the United States aged 18 or over.

It includes:

• Your initial longevity analysis, prepared from the information and reports you share and reviewed by our clinical team. It is information to discuss with your own doctor. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription or a report signed by a pathologist.
• A 1:1 onboarding call of about 15 minutes, at a time you book.
• Priority for your own digital twin and for personalised longevity assessment and testing when they open. Priority means you hear first and are offered a place first. It is not a promise of a date, a price, or availability where you live.

Everything else in these terms applies to the founding spot too, including what Mutanex is and is not, emergencies and medicines, and the limits of our liability.

Using this website

When you use the website, you agree to:

• Give accurate information in the forms, about yourself, or about someone else only with their permission
• Keep health information and test reports out of the forms
• Not try to break, overload, scrape or probe the website or its forms, or get around reCAPTCHA
• Not use the website for anything unlawful

Content on this website

The website describes our products and their status. Products marked in build, planned or vision are not available yet, and their timelines may change. Sample reports are fictional and labelled as samples. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Intellectual property

The website and its text, design, images, logos and software belong to Mutanex or its licensors. You may view pages and share links to them. You may not copy, adapt or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to other websites

The website links to other websites, including our social media pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. Consent for the programme is set out in our informed consent document.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies from that date.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you in good faith. If that fails, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
