The founding spot
The founding spot is sold by Mutanex Inc., 300 Creek View Road, Suite 209, Newark, DE 19711, USA, for $10 (US dollars), paid once through Stripe.
Refunded in full within 30 days
Ask within 30 days of paying and we refund the full $10, whatever the reason. Write to contact@mutanex.com from the email address you paid with. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, and usually reaches it within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund, your analysis and onboarding call are cancelled if they have not happened yet, and your priority place is released. You can still join the free waitlist.
Partner-lab programmes
Apart from the founding spot, Mutanex does not sell tests or programmes to patients and takes no payment from them. Your partner lab offers the programme, sets its price, takes payment, and handles cancellations and refunds under its own policy. Ask the lab for its policy before you pay.
If you cannot resolve a booking or refund with the lab, write to contact@mutanex.com. We will pass it to the right person at the lab and follow it up.
