Additionally, Mutanex offers a precision medicine platform for healthcare professionals, enabling hospitals, doctors, and laboratories to identify genetic variants, interpret clinical imaging, and generate personalized treatment profiles. These services leverage advanced artificial intelligence to support evidence-based medical decisions. This document outlines the terms governing the use of our services, ensuring compliance with Indian healthcare regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Interview: The interactive process through which information is obtained from the User about symptoms and health predispositions.
• License: A non-exclusive, temporary, revocable license granted to User to use the Application and/or the Website.

• Website: The Mutanex Internet website.
• Services: All activities provided electronically by Mutanex to the User.
• User: A natural person over 18 years of age with full legal capacity who uses the Services.
• Result: Information in the form of a report generated by Mutanex's system, presenting potential health concerns related to symptoms and predispositions communicated by the User.
• Enterprise Platform: The software system provided by Mutanex to hospitals, doctors, and laboratories for genetic identification services, medical imaging interpretation, and precision medicine profile generation.
• Precision Medicine Profile: A personalized report generated by our systems that integrates genomic, clinical, and laboratory data to assist in medical treatment decisions.
• AI-Assisted Recommendations: Treatment suggestions generated by our algorithms based on analysis of patient data and references to clinical trials and medical literature.
• Laboratory Partners: Genetic laboratories, diagnostic centers, and other clinical testing facilities that utilize our Enterprise platform for data analysis and interpretation

The Interview, Result, and all content published on the Website and Application:

1. Do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
2. Cannot replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
3. Should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis
4. Are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

The User shall never:

1. Reject professional medical advice based on information from Mutanex
2. Cancel a doctor's appointment because of reliance on Mutanex's Results
3. Self-diagnose or self-medicate based on Mutanex's information
4. Use Mutanex in emergency situations

Emergency Situations

The Website and Application shall not be used in an emergency situation. Instead, the User shall immediately contact local emergency services (102 for ambulance services in India).

Conclusion
